In order to obtain OZEX Service you must agree to the legal agreement below:
1. It is a condition of membership that the customer agrees to accept these terms and conditions. These rules and regulations are acknowledged as legal and binding by the customer, once he/she becomes a member. 2. “Dolex and Eurex” are names of two financial products issued by OZEX PTY LTD (the "Company" or "OZEX"), an Australian Private Company. Users (The "Customer") may buy, transfer or sell Dolex or Eurex at any time, and they acknowledge that Dolex and Eurex are not currencies but products of the Company, thus can only be circulated and stored within the OZEX system. Currently, the price of Dolex is set to 1 USD, and Eurex set to 1 EUR. Dolex and Eurex can be redeemed at any time by methods posted on our website, subject only to the conditions specified in this Account Agreement. 3. OZEX reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditios at any time in compliance with Australian legislation. Customer will be informed by email according to his/her account profile should any amendment arise. 4. OZEX is the only party authorised to issue, redeem and dispose of Dolex and Eurex, and only provide these services. Customer acknowledge that OZEX will not be hold liable for any lost profits or any special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the OZEX.biz web site. This pertains to all damages, including negligence. OZEX does not have any responsibility for any goods or services the Customer provides and will not be liable for any damages, charges, taxes or other duties in relation to such goods or services. 5. OZEX shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that all transactions are processed accurately in a timely manner. However, OZEX makes no representations regarding the amount of time needed to complete processing, nor shall the Company be liable for any actual or consequential damages arising from any claim of delay. 6. Customer is solely responsible for the security of his/her user name and password. OZEX will never ask or give out Customer password explicitly by any means. Every person who identifies him/herself by entering the correct login name and password is assumed by OZEX to be the rightful owner of the account. 7. Any and all claims or disputes relating to the Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. For the purpose of resolving conflicts relating to the services of OZEX PTY LTD, you agree that venue shall be in the State of New South Wales only, and hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts in the State of New South Wales. 8. Customer from all countries may open as many accounts as he/she needs. However, he/she is required to provide real identity and contact information, and each account can only have one unique email attached. OZEX reserves the right to suspend accounts at any time if the customer cannot be contacted by the information provided. Any balance hold in suspended account cannot be accessed until the Customer can be contacted and account reactivated. Suspension of account can only be lifted when customer can proove accuracy of information provided, in the event that false information was provided originally, an account reactivation fee of $100 shall be charged upon verification of new identity and contact information. 9. All fees are set forth in the fee schedule, and will be assessed in US dollars or Euro. Purchases made via Paypal and/or Credit cards are subject to a 10 day holding period or minimum account balance requirement as outlined in the fee schedule. 10. Customer may close his/her account at any time, any balance in the account will be converted into USD and send to the address on file by check via registered mail, which is subject to the standard fees. Customers are governed by the laws and regulations of both Australia and their countries, OZEX also forbid any use related to adult material, gambling and pyramid schemes, any unlawful use of OZEX services and breach of this terms and conditions will result in closure of account. If closure of account is caused by misconduct of Customer, a fee of $100 will be levied before balance can be refunded by check.
